Orders must be dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping Charges
Sellers can set their own shipping charges or offer free shipping on selected products.
Order Tracking
A valid tracking ID must be provided after dispatch.
Delays
Sellers must inform customers in case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for safe packaging and timely delivery of products.
Refund Policy

Sellers are responsible for handling refunds for their products.
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must submit a request within 5 days of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).
Sellers must review and approve valid refund requests promptly. Once approved, refunds should be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging before issuing a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by the seller.
Note: Handmade products may have slight variations and are not considered defects. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Sellers must accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Sellers must accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a request within 5 days of delivery with valid proof.
Exchange
Sellers should provide exchange options for eligible cases, subject to product availability.
Refund Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for approving valid requests. Refunds will be processed after product verification within 5–7 business days.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Handmade products may have slight variations. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
